Supporter Spotlight: Alice and Imo's Charity Raffle
Here is a link to the Instagram page, which was used to promote the charity raffle, prizes and amazing women who generously donated them.
"As a result of witnessing the devastating situation in Afghanistan in 2021 and looking for ways to help, we came across Women for Refugee Women. We decided to raise money to support their heroic work by holding a raffle that focused specifically on female business owners and creatives. Our aim was for our fundraising efforts to reflect the incredible work that Women for Refugee Women does.
When we started the raffle our aim was to get 10 prizes and raise £1k. However, due to the amazing support of those who donated prizes and those who bought tickets we closed the raffle with an astonishing 67 prizes and raised £6,610 for this amazing cause.
Women for Refugee Women were a brilliant support throughout the raffle."
