I would like to discuss the situation regarding sexuality in my country. For individuals who identify as bisexual, lesbian, or homosexual, there is a significant lack of acceptance, which restricts their ability to live authentically. Life is a personal choice, yet many face harassment and insults in public places, making them fearful of going out, whether in the streets, markets, or other areas. This fear of violence makes them feel isolated, as they often endure verbal and physical abuse not just from strangers but also from family members who may disown them or express hatred upon learning of their sexual orientation. This creates an incredibly challenging environment.​

Lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals in my country are vulnerable to rape, attacks, violence, insults, and daily harassment in public spaces. We all deserve the right to live, to be happy, and to feel fulfilled, just like anyone else. No one should endure such punishment for their sexuality. Life is about choices, and it is essential that all choices are respected. We must put an end to discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation.​​
